Shipping and Delivery
Once an order has been successfully placed, customers should allow 5 business days for order processing and shipment. Please note, orders which are returned back to our facility as a result of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address will incur additional shipping costs in order for the item to be re-shipped.
Once an order is successfully placed, it cannot be canceled or voided.

What is the return policy?
Unless otherwise specified, all items are subject to a "store credit only" return policyStore credits are issued by digital gift card. Returned items must be in original, unopened, and unaltered condition in order to be eligible for store credit. Customers will have 7 days from the date in which the order is received in order to return an item for store credit. Customers are responsible for all costs (including shipping costs) related to returned items. Please also note, returned items which are not in original, unopened, and unaltered condition will be rejected and deemed ineligible for store credit. Can sale items be returned for store credit or exchanged?
No, sale items are considered "final sale" and thus ineligible for store credit.
How long does it take for a returned item to be processed?
Once your returned item reaches our facility, please allow 10 business days for your store credit to be processed. After your return is processed, you will receive an email with your "gift card"
How much are shipping costs?
All items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail and will require signature. Shipping costs for all items will incur a flat fee of $10. We are proud to offer Free Shipping on all orders over $150 and shipped within the United States. 
Can I track my order?
Yes, you may track your order. Once your order has been processed and shipped you will receive an email notification or a SMS text message. This notification will also contain your tracking number which you may use to track your parcel.

How long does it take for an item to be shipped? 
Once you have placed an order we ask that you allow 5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Should there be any delays in processing and shipment, you will be notified by email. 
Return Policy

In order to make a return, the item(s) must be in original, unopened, unaltered and unworn condition. Original, unopened, unaltered and unworn condition means that the item(s) must be free from stain, marks and odors. Customers will have 7 days from the date in which an order is received to return items which may be eligible for store credit. Please note, merchant reserves the right to deny any return item(s) which is not in original, unopened, unaltered and unworn condition in accordance with the parameters stated above.
